Engineering from the ground up

Koob Testsystems GmbH, based in Grabfeld, Germany, develops cutting-edge testing and measurement systems for electric motor components. Our innovative solutions enable fast, high-resolution magnetic field analysis of permanent-magnet and externally excited rotors – from R&D to high-throughput series production.

Our company grew from building our own magnetic field measurement systems, a process that required us to develop expertise across CNC manufacturing, electronics, software, and test bench integration. Over the years we expanded into high-precision 3D measurement and took on projects to digitize and modernize existing measurement systems.

We now bring that same depth to our clients, offering specialized services across measurement technology, test bench development, software, electronics, and manufacturing, all from a single source. Customers benefit from reduced scrap rates, improved process control, and long-term quality assurance.

Our work spans industries as diverse as automotive, aerospace, and glass production digitization, wherever precision, reliability, and engineering depth matter.

Manufacturing expertise

To produce our highly specialized test systems efficiently, flexibly, and with the highest quality, we have established key manufacturing technologies in-house — including state-of-the-art CNC milling with 3- and 5-axis centers from Hermle and DMG MORI.

What was originally set up to ensure our own production quality is now also available as a service:

High-precision contract manufacturing in the areas of CNC milling, aluminum profile construction, and FDM 3D printing — from single parts to series of several thousand units per year.

Thanks to an end-to-end CAM workflow, automated sawing unit, and a well-coordinated team, we deliver reliably, efficiently, and precisely to customer specifications — at express speed.
